Do you service both gas and electric golf carts?
Yes. Our technicians are trained on major gas and electric platforms, including custom builds. When you schedule, share your make, model, and any modifications so we can arrive with the right parts and tools.
How far in advance should I book concierge service?
For standard appointments, we recommend booking 3–7 days in advance. During peak seasons and holidays, VIP and fleet clients receive priority access. Same-day and after-hours visits may be available in Flagstaff and Phoenix upon request.
Will you need to move my carts, or do they need to be staged?
If you have a preferred staging area, we’re happy to work there. Otherwise, our technicians can relocate carts as needed on-property, respecting all community and HOA guidelines.
Can you coordinate with my property manager or concierge team?
Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer that we work directly with property managers, estate staff, or resort operations. We can manage scheduling, access, and reporting through your designated point of contact.
